We worked with them to craft their web/print copy during a brand refresh. They’re offering multi-faceted solutions to solve complex client issues, and therefore required content that carefully explained their services and processes without boring readers to death. Its a tricky balance. Their audience is also unique, ranging from corporate CEOS to lawyers with limited technical background to IT professionals who are looking for fine details. We got to know their clients and developed language that struck the right balance for their brand for their website and print marketing properties.
