Legend Has It is an improvised fantasy adventure conceived by one of Shareworthy’s favourite clients, Rebecca Northan. Northan and her incredible co-creators/cast transport an audience to the endangered world of ‘Jaro’ each night on an quest to restore magic to the land and defeat the evil Lord Haldor with the help of a ‘Hero’… chosen each night from the audience. This  ‘spontaneous theatre’ event was the featured holiday family show at Alberta Theatre Projects (ATP), one of our most beloved arts institutions.

Shareworthy came on board to support ATP’s existing marketing and social media initiatives for this production. Collaborating with ATP’s team, we achieved outstanding media coverage from all targeted media outlets to support the opening of the event and a NYE fundraising event. In addition to production publicity, Shareworthy lead ATP’s first ‘Tweet Night’ that attracted over 35 top local social media influencers and resulted in 1 million social media impressions and national trending status for #ATPlegend.

Our favourite coverage? Check out this series of clips from Breakfast Television‘s on-location shoot with the cast and creators, this interview with Rebecca &  Jamie Northan (co-creator, performer) on the CBC Eyeopener, and this pre-show preview article from the Calgary Herald.
